An estimate of each conference day's start and end time is between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with registration beginning at 8:00 AM.

Each presenter has 20 minutes per paper to present. Presenters may choose to have 15 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.

All sessions will be 1.5 hours long, with 3-4 presentations. This time can be divided according to the discretion of the Chair/Discussant. For example, if there are four papers in a symposium, each presenter could take 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for the Discussant to elaborate on the various presentations.

Yes, our Summer School, InSuDoc2024, will be held from May 30-31, right before InCRECE 2024. InSuDoc2024 offers specialized workshops by internationally renowned scholars and multiple opportunities to network with professors and students in the field. If a student applies for both InSuDoc2024 and InCRECE 2024, a single receipt and certificate of participation will be written to facilitate the students' application for funding.

We are offering registration fees at three levels. Students, participants from low-income economies, and Hong Kong residents are entitled to pay the lowest registration fee of 1,300 HKD.

You will be informed by March 10, 2024. The email will contain the formal invitation letter to participate in InCRECE 2024, which you can use to apply for funding in your institution.

In our acceptance email, we will include a link for you to pay your registration fees.

We accept credit cards (VISA/Masters), Union Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

Upon receipt of your registration fee, an official receipt will be issued to you. Please note that registration will only be processed if accompanied by full payment.

Cancellation made on or before April 15, 2024: Refund will be arranged with an administrative charge of 250 HKD to be deducted from the amount. Cancellation made after April 15, 2024: No refund will be arranged.
