Organizing Committee

Dr. Alfredo Bautista is Associate Professor and Associate Head in the Department of Early Childhood Education at EdUHK. His research focuses on teaching practices and teacher professional development. Before joining EdUHK, he worked in Spain, Canada, United States, and Singapore. Alfredo is the Editor-in-Chief of the ‘Journal for the Study of Education and Development’. He serves as Associate Editor and Editorial Board Member of other five international journals.

Dr. Jianbin Li is the Associate Head (Community Engagement) and Associate Professor at the Department of Early Childhood Education at EdUHK. He received his Ph.D. (cum laude) in developmental psychology. His research interest centers on child and adolescent development and teachers’ well-being. He has published over 80 papers on peer-reviewed journals, such as Perspectives on Psychological Science and Review of Educational Research. He is now serving as editorial member for several journals such as Learning and Individual Differences and Stress & Health. He is recognized as Rising Star by the Association for Psychological Science (APS).
